By accessing or using CyberDiner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
What CyberDiner Provides
CyberDiner is a marketplace connecting consumers (inference job buyers) with providers (community hardware operators running the cookd daemon). CyberDiner brokers job dispatch via Apache Pulsar; it does not own or operate the hardware that runs your inference jobs. Job results are produced by third-party provider hardware.
Consumer Terms
As a consumer submitting inference jobs, you agree to:
- Not submit jobs designed to generate illegal content, constitute harassment, facilitate violence, or violate applicable law.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
- Acknowledge that your prompts and responses are processed on community-owned hardware; see the Privacy Policy provider visibility disclosure for the full implications.
- Not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential business data, given the provider visibility constraints described in the Privacy Policy.
Provider Terms
By running cookd and registering as a provider, you agree to:
- Process inference jobs dispatched by the platform honestly and completely, returning accurate results.
- Not access, log, retain, copy, or use the content of inference jobs (prompts or responses) for any purpose beyond computing the inference result. This includes not using job content for model training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, or any commercial purpose.
- Not attempt to identify or deanonymize consumers from job metadata.
- Comply with applicable law regarding data processed on your hardware.
- Maintain reasonable security on the hardware running
cookdto prevent unauthorized third-party access.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your prompts and any outputs you generate. CyberDiner claims no license over inference content. The CyberDiner platform, brand, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
